Processes

ANTENIA is a new generation system which, apart from recording computing and retrieving information, handles processes, links between involved partners and related business rules. It embeds an extensive set of office automation tools and process monitoring.


WORKFLOW

A custom Workflow was developed for ANTENIA. It enables to parameterize, for each working situation related to customer, policy, claims and premiums & collection management:

A library of standard actions is provided: post a task, send a mail, send a reminder, run a routine...
Each internal or external user may organize his/her work using an integrated tasks basket and therefore save a lot of time by direct access to work-screens.
Processes’ data are available to produce activity reports and feed process reengineering and quality surveys.


DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

ANTENIA propose comprehensive document management functionality (images, computer files, emails). Documents may be recorded, indexed, retrieved and be associated to workflow features.

Documents are organized in folders by customer, policy or claim level, which may be breakdown in sub-folders. They are retrieved in their genuine format and may be viewed by standard software on the user-workstation.

Procedure manuals may also be delivered on each working situation


TELEPHONY

Standard CTI based on TAPI protocol (Microsoft) may be implemented to optimize customer relationship and operate call centers for front and back-offices.


OFFICE AUTOMATION

At any stage of a process, ANTENIA proposes to produce documents based on WORD (Microsoft) templates, to share, to store in PDF format, to print, to fax and to send by email.


SCHEDULING AND MAIL

ANTENIA provides an interface with OUTLOOK (Microsoft) which enables to send email with case data and documents, extract e-mail with attachments to feed document management and set reminder task from the workflow.
ANTENIA is also an excellent medium to share information with company’s partners: marketing messages, technical documentation, management rules, access to external professional database...


INTERNET

As ANTENIA is full Internet based, the workflow may address anyone in the value chain with appropriate interfaces and layouts : intermediaries, providers but also customers, which lead to streamlined and personalized processes and, at the end, lower workloads. As a standard feature, a customer extranet enables a customer, if entitled through parameterized rights, to access to policies’ and claims’ data, to operate either directly or through pre-keying data which are validated later-on by an underwriter, to print documents, to manage fleet components…
